Just the other day, as I watched two polar opposite personalities clash over differing opinions (one was focused on how an internal process would impact people, while the other was focused on how the process would improve efficiency), a fresh wave of appreciation washed over me. It only took a few minutes for me to explain some basic personality drivers and how we could bring both of their perspectives into a balance that would benefit everyone, for the conflict to dissolve.

It’s not new news. We are all highly aware that human beings come in a myriad of shapes, sizes, temperaments, and personalities. But we too often forget that each is fearfully and wonderfully made—including those polar opposites from us, who rub us the wrong way. This brief video about human personality should shed a bit of light on how and why we operate differently and give you some insight on how to solve at least a couple of common problems between people.
